The Stonewall Diversity Champions programme is the leading employers’ programme for ensuring all LGBTQ+ staff are free to be themselves in the workplace.
INSTANDA are committed to Stonewall’s mission; to be a part of the vibrant global movement for change, and to actively reinforce their belief in a world where all LGBTQ+ people are free to be themselves and can live their lives to the full in any environment.
Inclusive workplaces have a huge part to play in making this world a reality. But inclusion is not a given, it is a conscious effort organisations must make to ensure all staff can bring their whole selves to work.
