    INSTANDA Unveils 2026 Technical Training Roadmap

    At INSTANDA, we are committed to empowering our clients to become confident and competent configurators of our platform. Building on the success of our Foundation and Advanced Technical Training programs, we are excited to announce our technical training roadmap for 2026.

    Our training philosophy has always been to elevate the knowledge of all learners. "It was always the plan to dive into more specific functionality once Foundation and Advanced Technical Training were established," explains Kyle Cooke, INSTANDA’s Digital and Technical Training Manager. "Now, we’re moving beyond the core fundamentals to deepen understanding within specialized areas of INSTANDA functionality," he adds.

    Here is a closer look at what you can expect from our training programs this year, and how these new pathways will help your team build crucial expertise.

    Flexible, Client-Led Learning Paths

    Foundation and Advanced courses continue to serve as essential steps for establishing a solid grasp of the platform. Building on this groundwork, the 2026 roadmap introduces added flexibility, enabling individuals to select specialized courses that align directly with their specific roles, configurations, or business objectives.

    To support this personalized learning path, one specialized course will be introduced each quarter throughout 2026:

      • Q1: Operational Data Store (ODS) Technical Training
      • Q2: API Technical Training
      • Q3: Migration Technical Training
      • Q4: UI/UX Technical Training

    This targeted approach ensures training time is focused on developing skills that deliver the greatest impact for operational effectiveness. If a team member's role focuses on data analytics and reporting, ODS Technical Training will be particularly relevant, whereas a team member responsible for user experience may prefer to focus on the UI/UX Technical Training. As Kyle explains, “Crucially, we’re giving our clients greater flexibility to determine who within their organization needs to deepen specific knowledge about INSTANDA, and when.”

    Deepening Client Knowledge

    The technical training roadmap for 2026 was created based on client feedback and an analysis of platform usage trends.

    “Our goal is to empower clients to become truly self-sufficient," shares Kyle. "These new courses exist because we could see the value in providing deeper knowledge in these specific areas." As with all our technical training, the new courses are designed to establish a strong baseline of best practices across the INSTANDA configurator community.

    As Simon Pamely-Annan, Instructional Designer at INSTANDA, notes, "It all comes back to best practice and a uniform approach. The goal is to provide everyone with the practical tools and knowledge to get the most out of the platform."

    Q1 Focus: Operational Data Store (ODS) Technical Training

    Kicking off the 2026 roadmap is our Operational Data Store (ODS) Technical Training.

    Delivered as a digital, self-paced course that takes around 45 minutes to complete, the training course equips participants with a strong understanding of how policy and transaction data is structured, accessed, and used in real time within the INSTANDA platform.

    The most suitable training participants will depend on the client. In some organizations, these may be experienced platform configurators or 'super users' responsible for configuring, optimizing, or analyzing data within INSTANDA. In others, especially those with dedicated data or analytics teams, ODS ownership may sit with specialists focused on data extraction, reporting, or insight generation rather than day to day configuration.

    The content of the training is therefore designed to support a broad range of learners, from those newly engaging with ODS concepts to experienced data professionals looking to better understand how INSTANDA exposes and structures real-time data.
